We recently sent out a notice regarding Google Fiber coming to our community. We asked you to reply to let us know if you were interesed in having Google Fiber. Everyone that replied said they were interested in having access to Google Fiber. The contract has been signed, and we are waiting for Google to install the necessary lines to connect us.

We currently don’t have info from them regarding when this will be completed. We’ll let you know of any updates we get.

A dumpster will be placed in the parking lot by the gazebo, from May 5th to May 19th, for residents of the HOA.

Please note: It costs the HOA about $250 each time it is filled, so please don’t tell others outside of the HOA they can use it.

Also note that we will be liable for and could be prosecuted if we put any of the following in the dumpster. Toxic, hazardous, flammable or explosive materials, asbestos, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, chemicals, paints, motor oil, gasoline, freon (fridges and freezers), human waste, tires, mattresses, batteries, barrels, or material not evironmentally sound disposal at a sanitary landfill.
